After graduating from Galatasaray High School in 2012, Su Erbaş completed her undergraduate education in the field of International and European Law at Sorbonne University. She graduated from  Neuchâtel University with a Master’s degree in Sports Law and simultaneously received her equivalency from Turkey and registered to the Istanbul Bar Association. Currently, she continues her doctoral studies at Sorbonne University and works as a lecturer at the same university.

She also works as a Sports Lawyer for major football and basketball teams. She also provides legal advice to professional players. She represents clubs before CAS, FIFA, and FIBA. She is also a simultaneous translator in Turkish, English and French.
