Kardelen Kılıç is a legal professional with experience spanning the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Türkiye, with a strong focus on corporate law, regulatory compliance, fintech, data protection, commercial transactions, and cross-border business structuring. She has advised financial technology companies, multinational clients, investors, and major regional businesses on corporate governance, labour and commercial law, market entry, licensing structures, board matters, and regulatory strategy. Her work also includes leading large-scale data protection and compliance projects, advising on crypto regulation, and supporting complex commercial and distribution arrangements. Alongside her in-house and law firm experience, she serves in an advisory capacity and has contributed to legal publications on regulatory and data protection issues in the Gulf region and Türkiye.
