Within the scope of your subscription to the Lavren Official Gazette Summaries bulletin, the following personal data may be processed:

Your personal data may be transferred to Lavren for the purpose of carrying out and delivering the Lavren Official Gazette Summaries bulletin service offered by Şanap & Co.

In addition, your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes specified above and in accordance with the conditions for transfer of personal data set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, to service providers offering e-mail infrastructure, information technologies, cloud hosting, information security, technical support, and consultancy services, as well as to legally authorized public institutions and organizations.

6. Retention Period

Your personal data will be retained for as long as your bulletin subscription continues and for the retention periods prescribed under the applicable legislation. If the subscription ends, you unsubscribe, or the purpose of processing ceases to exist, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with the applicable legislation.

7. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, you have legal rights regarding your personal data. You may submit your requests within this scope by sending an e-mail to info@sanap.co with the subject line “Request for Information on Personal Data”.
